Refunds and Returns Policy

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural form.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Shipping and Payment Policy:

  • “Website” refers to Our Cartridge Store Clonmel, accessible from www.ourcartridgestore.com.
  • “Service” refers to the Website.
  • “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • “Order” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • “You” (also referred to as either “Your”, or “the Customer”) means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Overview

Our refunds and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since Your purchase, We can’t offer You a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, Your Goods must be unused and in the same condition that You received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of Goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalised.
  • Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection, hygiene reasons or were opened after delivery.
  • Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

Additional non-returnable Goods:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

To complete Your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send Your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once Your return is received and inspected, We will send You an email to notify You that we have received Your returned Goods. We will also notify You of the approval or rejection of Your refund.

If You are approved, then Your refund will be processed, and You will be reimbursed through the original method of payment, within 28 days.

Late Or Missing Refunds

If You haven’t received a refund yet, first check Your bank account again.

Then contact Your credit card company, it may take some time before Your refund is officially posted.

Next contact Your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Goods On Sale

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Exchanges

We only replace Goods if they arrive defective or damaged. If You need to exchange it for the same Goods, send us an email at hello@ourcartridgestore.com and send Your Goods back to us.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to You, You will receive a gift credit for the value of Your return. Once the returned Goods are received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give to You later, We will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about Your return.

You will be responsible for paying for Your own shipping costs for returning Your Goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If You receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from Your refund.

Depending on where You live, the time it may take for Your exchanged product to reach You may vary.

If You are returning more expensive Goods, You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that We will receive Your returned Goods.
